Serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory submissions, monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into actionable implementation plans.

2. AML/CFT & MLRO Function

Content Designer

  1. Own product content. Write and structure the text across the merchant dashboard, checkout, onboarding and KYB flows: labels, errors, empty states, confirmations, notifications and help text.
  2. Start from user needs. Run content discovery with Product Design and Research: audit existing content, map the concepts users must understand, and define content requirements before screens are finalised.
  3. Make complex money topics simple without being wrong. Explain fees, FX, settlement timing, payment statuses, refunds and disputes in plain language that Legal and Compliance can approve.
  4. Work with Compliance by default. Agree wording for regulated moments (identity checks, restrictions, disclosures, rejection reasons) early, and turn approved wording into reusable patterns.
  5. Build the writing system. Create and maintain a style guide, a shared glossary of product terms and naming conventions, and content templates that others can use.
  6. Design for many markets. Write English that translates well, and work with localisation partners so key flows read naturally in other languages and local payment contexts.
  7. Raise the bar across the team. Run content critiques, coach teammates who write product text, and review content before release.
  8. Improve with evidence. Use support tickets, drop-off data and user feedback to find confusing content and test improvements, especially in onboarding and checkout.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of professional experience writing or structuring content for products, software or other complex information (UX writing, technical writing, content strategy, editorial or similar).
  2. A portfolio or work samples showing how you turned complicated information into clear, usable content, with a short note on your reasoning.
  3. Native-level written English, with precise, plain and friendly style.
  4. Comfort with numbers, terminology and detail: you notice when an amount, currency, date or status label can be read two ways.

Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead

  1. Build the investor map. Create and maintain a target list of funds and strategic investors across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US, organised by stage, sector, cheque size and fit.
  2. Open doors. Use your own relationships and trusted intermediaries to secure meetings, and manage outreach, introductions and follow-up.
  3. Run the process. Set the timeline and investor tiers, schedule meetings, track questions and next steps, and keep the CEO's time on the conversations that matter most.
  4. Prepare the materials. With the CEO and the Finance Lead, build the pitch deck, investor memo and Q&A. Make sure the numbers match the financial model and audited accounts, and that statements about licences are cleared with Legal and Compliance.
  5. Manage due diligence. Coordinate the data room with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Technology, track requests and answer on time.
  6. Support valuation and terms. Benchmark comparable transactions, and support the CEO, Legal and advisers on term sheets and negotiation.
  7. Manage advisers and intermediaries. Select and manage placement agents, boutique banks and law firms, and set their scope and fees.
  8. Stay within the rules. With Legal, make sure how we approach investors follows the local rules in each region.
  9. Run investor relations. After closing, prepare regular investor updates and board reporting together with Finance, and coordinate funding announcements with PR and Legal.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years in fundraising or capital markets roles, such as a financial adviser (FA), boutique investment bank or placement agent, venture or growth investing, or a strategic finance and fundraising role in a start-up.
  2. A record of completed financing rounds in the last 24 months. You can name the deals, their size, the investors and your own part.
  3. Genuine investor relationships in at least two of Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US. You can name investors you have actually met.
  4. Experience of the whole process: materials, outreach, meetings, due diligence, term sheet and closing.

  3. Plan launches and milestones. Run communications for funding, licences, product launches, partnerships and events: timing, press release, Q&A, spokespeople and approvals.
  4. Build influence. Plan bylined articles, expert commentary, panels, speaking slots and awards, and make our founder and leaders recognisable voices in cross-border payments.
  5. Manage regional PR partners. Select, brief and manage agencies or local specialists in markets where we need local reach, using one message framework and clear goals.
  6. Localise, not just translate. Make sure content in each market and language is accurate and natural, and work with the website and content teams so readers land on pages they can use.

Product Designer, Design Systems (React)

  1. Design core product surfaces. Lead the UX and UI of the merchant dashboard, checkout, onboarding and KYB flows, from user research and flows to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  2. Build and own the design system. Create foundations (colour, type, spacing, tokens) and a React component library that mirrors the Figma library, with documentation others can follow.
  3. Ship in code. Implement components and screens in React, review front-end pull requests for design quality, and work with Engineers so what ships matches what was designed.
  4. Make money-critical UI reliable. Design clear patterns for amounts, currencies, fees, statuses, tables, filters, empty states and errors, including accessibility and edge cases.
  5. Design for many markets. Support multiple languages, currencies and local payment methods in the checkout and dashboard, including long text, right-to-left needs and local formats.
  6. Work with Content and Compliance. Partner with the Content Designer on product language, and agree regulated moments (identity checks, disclosures, restrictions) with Compliance early.
  7. Raise quality and speed. Run design reviews, set quality standards for UI, and use usage data and user feedback to improve conversion in onboarding and checkout.
  8. Prototype with code. Build quick working prototypes in React to test ideas with users and Engineers before full implementation.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of product design experience on web applications, ideally data-heavy ones such as dashboards, admin tools or financial products.
  2. A portfolio showing end-to-end work: the problem, your decisions, the final UI, and what happened after launch.
  3. Strong UI craft: layout, typography, hierarchy, tables, forms and states, with attention to detail.

Website Product Lead

  1. Set strategy and roadmap. Define what the website should achieve over the next quarters, and turn it into a prioritised roadmap that Design, Engineering and Content can deliver.
  2. Own conversion. Improve the path from landing page to registration and to sales enquiry, using funnel data, session recordings and user feedback.
  3. Run experiments. Plan and run A/B tests on pages, headlines and calls to action, and decide what to keep based on results.
  4. Shape the product story. Work with Content and Sales to keep the homepage, product pages and industry pages clear, accurate and aimed at the right visitors.
  5. Manage the platform. Own the content management system, page components, analytics, SEO foundations and site performance, and keep the cost of changing a page low.
  6. Lead multi-language delivery. Make sure each language version is complete and says the same thing about products, fees and regulation, with Compliance review where needed.
  7. Coordinate launches. Plan page changes for new products, campaigns and events, and manage dependencies across teams and agencies.
  8. Report clearly. Share a short, regular view of the three core metrics, what was learned and what is next, with management and the CEO Office.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience owning a website, web product or growth funnel, ideally for a B2B, SaaS, fintech or payments business.
  2. A track record of improving conversion with data: you have defined the metrics, run experiments and can show the results.
  3. Working knowledge of how websites are built: content management systems, page components, front-end basics, site performance and SEO. You can discuss trade-offs with Engineers and Designers.
  4. Experience working with Designers, Engineers, Content and Sales in a small team, and with external agencies.

Finance Lead (Accounting & Reporting)

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the books. Run accounting for all entities and currencies, complete the month-end close, and deliver management accounts to the CEO.
  2. Work with the client-funds team. The client-funds team runs daily client-money operations and reconciliation. You make sure client money is recorded separately from company money in the books, review their reconciliations, clear breaks that affect the accounts, and support Compliance on safeguarding reports where needed.
  3. Consolidate the group. Produce consolidated reporting across the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, US and China entities, including intercompany balances, foreign-exchange gains and losses, and differences between IFRS and local standards.
  4. Lead audits. Prepare schedules, work with external auditors and close findings.
  5. Manage tax and statutory filings. Coordinate local tax advisers and company secretaries so that tax returns, annual returns and registry filings are filed on time in every jurisdiction, using one shared calendar.
  6. Support regulatory financial reporting. With Compliance, prepare the financial reports and capital calculations that licences require.
  7. Manage external providers. Select and manage bookkeeping, tax and company-secretary providers by region, set standards and review their quality.
  8. Plan and report. Prepare budgets, cash forecasts and cost reports, and supply accurate data and models for fundraising and due diligence.
  9. Build controls and systems. Set up approval flows, internal controls and segregation of duties, and improve the accounting system and reconciliation tools.

Requirements:

  1. A recognised accounting qualification, such as ACCA, ICAEW, HKICPA, ISCA, US CPA or Chinese CPA.
  2. 6+ years of accounting and finance experience, including 2+ years as a finance manager or above, leading a team or managing external providers.
  3. Experience in payments, fintech or financial services, or in financial-services audit.
  4. Experience with multi-currency accounting and multi-entity consolidation, and knowledge of both IFRS and local standards.
  5. Experience leading month-end close and working with external auditors.
  6. Working knowledge of tax and statutory filing in more than one jurisdiction, and the ability to manage local advisers.
  7. Experience with an accounting system or ERP, such as Xero, NetSuite, Kingdee or Yonyou.
  8. Fluent English and Chinese, to work with auditors, banks and advisers in China and overseas.
  9. Careful, process-minded and comfortable building controls.

  1. Experience with client money, safeguarding or settlement reconciliation.
  2. Experience with financial returns and capital requirements for payment or e-money institutions.
  3. Experience with US MSB, state-level or FinCEN-related reporting.
